The ATP Tour will not reopen a doping case against Andre Agassi even though he admitted to lying about using crystal meth in 1997.
Agassi revealed in his recent autobiography that he failed a 1997 drug test, a result he says was thrown out after he lied by claiming he "unwittingly" took crystal meth.
However, ATP chairman Adam Helfant said on Friday that there was no way to sanction the American retroactively since he has retired from tennis.
There has been a lot of speculation about whether the ATP would reopen the case, but we cannot do that because he’s no longer playing on the tour -Adam Helfant

Unless you've been sleeping in a coffin, you know that the new "Twilight" movie opens this week.
"New Moon," rated PG-13, is now playing, and if you have tweens or teens in the house, you've probably already scheduled a trip to the theater to watch the vampire (and werewolf) flick, but those without children in this age group might want to check out what all the buzz is about.
Or if you're looking for something different to watch, the other big movies opening this week are the animated "Planet 51," rated

So let's see if we have this right........some clowns are pissed at Andre cuz her copped to using Meth early in his career. His book hits the shelves a best seller, he makes a ton of cash, all right, so what's the issue. He's cleaned up his act, married an awesome woman, now they are parents living the life. How can anyone slam this dude for past indiscretions? If it would have come out later, the same results with the whining clowns that you are hearing now. So WTF??? Can't please all the clowns out there, good job Andre, more respect than ever, and I look forward to the book with no bias.....something the whiners should consider.
